We are preparing the field for the upcoming season.  Conditions have been very good for planting and hopefully the weather keeps.  The pictures posted are from last year, but as soon as the corn is harvested this year, I will put new ones up.  As one can see the field has plenty of cover, hopefully enough to stretch though a snowy winter.  All aside,  I must say make sure you have a hunting dog to bring out.  Arrangements can be made for a guide ahead of time, usually when the hunt is scheduled. 

THESE ARE JUST A FEW ANGLES OF THE HUNTING GROUNDS FROM LAST YEAR.  THIS YEAR IS LOOKING VERY SIMILAR.  HOPEFULLY THIS WILL GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF HOW CHALLENGING IT IS TO JUST TRUDGE THROUGH THE HABITAT

  We offer morning and afternoon hunts.  There is a ten bird pheasant minimum, and additional birds can be purchased if desired.  Reservations can be made by calling the farm at 630-556-3350 and leaving a message with your name, phone number, and a hunting date.  I will be able to get back to you within a day.  If it is a last minute deal,  which most of us do,  I can be reached at 630-514-4906 to let you know if the field is available that day.
